These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GREEKOUT 2 website and your purchase of tickets to the GREEKOUT 2 event (Mykonos, Greece, July 20–22, 2026), operated by GeekEx LLC ("GeekEx," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Site or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or purchase a ticket.
1. The Event
GREEKOUT 2 is a live, in-person marketing and e-commerce conference taking place July 20–22, 2026 in Mykonos, Greece. The event includes educational sessions, networking activities, and social events as described on our website.
GeekEx reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event. In such cases, see Section 5 (Refund Policy) for details.
2. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by GeekEx. Each ticket is valid for one named attendee only.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Early Bird pricing of $2,499.99 is available for a limited time and limited quantity. Standard pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
Taxes, processing fees, and travel or accommodation costs are not included in the ticket price and are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
4. Attendee Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward fellow attendees, speakers, staff, and event venue personnel. GeekEx reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event, without refund, for behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or illegal, including but not limited to:
- Harassment or threatening behavior toward any person
- Unauthorized recording or photography of other attendees
- Possession or use of illegal substances
- Any conduct that violates Greek law or the venue's rules
5. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as described below.
Event cancellation by GeekEx: If we cancel the event entirely, you will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price within 30 days.
Event postponement by GeekEx: If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
Attendee cancellation: We do not offer refunds for attendee cancellations, regardless of reason, including but not limited to travel disruptions, visa issues, or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
6. Travel & Accommodation
Your ticket to GREEKOUT 2 does not include flights, hotels, or transportation. You are responsible for arranging and funding all travel and lodging. GeekEx is not liable for any travel-related costs, cancellations, delays, or losses.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.) required to enter Greece. GeekEx does not provide visa letters or immigration assistance.
7. Photography & Recording
By attending GREEKOUT 2, you grant GeekEx LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use photographs, video footage, and audio recordings of you taken at the event for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, including on social media, our website, and in advertisements.
If you do not wish to appear in event media, you must notify us in writing at jimmy@geekex.com prior to the event.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and event materials — is the property of GeekEx LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Speaker content presented at the event remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers. Recording or reproducing speaker sessions without explicit written consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeekEx LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or inability to attend GREEKOUT 2, use of this Site, or any event-related circumstances.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to GREEKOUT 2 shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
10. Health & Safety
Attendees attend the event at their own risk. GeekEx LLC is not responsible for illness, injury, loss, or theft that occurs during the event. We reserve the right to implement health and safety measures as required by local authorities or venue policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered ticket holders. Continued attendance at the event following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
